FAQ

The colour paperback order is a one off run and we will not be accepting any more paperback orders after 31st December 2021. If you would like a paperback version after this date you will need to order the version on Amazon when it is available.

Digital orders will continue to be available but any purchases made after 31st December will not be entered into the Ninja Foodi competition.

Yes it will be at some point in the future but at the moment I don’t know when that will be.

When the digital version is ready (17th December 2021) you will automatically be sent an email with a link to the download. This can be downloaded to up to 3 devices.

At this moment in time we can’t provide an exact date as it is subject to the printers delivery schedule, as well as final checks and edits! Our goal is at the very latest the 31st January 2022 but we very much hope it will be much sooner. We will keep you updated of any significant changes.

The recipes have all been tried and tested in a Ninja Soup Maker (Hot and Cold Blender) as well as a Morphy Richards (not the Compact). The recipes are suitable for all soup makers but if the capacity of your soup maker is different (eg. Compact) you will need to adjust the measurements. Instructions will be provided in the book.

There will be at least 50 new soup maker recipes (maybe more!) but many of the recipes from my first book will also be in this book – because many are classics that need to be in any soup recipe book! But all the recipes will be updated where necessary and photos added. The reason for creating this limited edition print run is in response to many requests for a colour version – but I thought I would add more recipes to make it more comprehensive.

Yes – if you change your mind before the digital book has been delivered you can request a refund. If you have ordered the paperback book please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order and refund you before we get it printed. If you want to return the book after receiving it this is also possible but you will need to pay the postage and packing.

If you have any refund requests please contact me at [email protected]

Digital books are available everywhere.

Paperback books will be available in locations listed in the checkout process.

Postage costs for your location will be calculated during the checkout process.

Please note that only residents of England, Scotland and Wales are eligible for entry to the Ninja Foodi competition.

Sorry if I haven’t answered all your questions – I’m sure I will have missed something! If I have please feel free to email me at [email protected]

Win a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1

Win Ninja Foodi

If you pre-order either a digital or paperback version before 31st December 2021 you will be entered into a competition to win a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 Multi-Cooker. Ninja Kitchen are not associated with this competition in any way.

This competition is only open to residents of England, Scotland or Wales.

If you cancel your order your name will not be included in the draw.

All eligible names will be automatically entered and a name will be drawn at random on 1st January 2022 at 1 pm using random.org.

The winner will be notified at the email address provided during the ordering process.  Delivery of the prize of a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 can only be delivered to a location in England, Scotland or Wales. The announcement of the winner’s name will only be made public with written permission from the winner but under current CAP Code regulations will be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested by them.
