Mix the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika and garlic powder in a bowl and add the chicken strips.
Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
Add to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C, shaking halfway.
Add the onions and bell peppers, stir, and air fry for another 5 minutes.
Lay the tortilla wraps out flat and transfer the chicken to the wrap, adding in any extras like shredded lettuce and grated cheese.
Fold it up like a burrito, securing it so that no bits of food will fall out. You might need to use a toothpick to secure it in place.
Either eat it as it is or alternatively brush the outside with a little olive oil (or spray it) and return the wraps to the air fryer basket and air fry at 200°C for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and turning a slight golden brown.
