Ingredients
700gnew potatoescut into bite-sized chunks (skin on)
2tbspoilsunflower, vegetable, or olive oil
1tspground cumin
1tspground coriander
1tspgaram masala
½tspturmeric
½tspchilli powderor to taste
½tspsalt
Instructions
Rinse the new potatoes and cut them into even chunks — about 2–3cm each.
In a large bowl, mix together the oil and all the spices to form a paste.
Toss the potato chunks in the spiced oil mixture until thoroughly coated.
Place potatoes in the basket in a single layer (do this in batches if your air fryer is small). Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking a few times.
Check for doneness: they should be crispy outside and soft inside.
Serve hot as a side dish with curries, grilled meats, or as a spicy snack with yoghurt or chutney.
