Mix the oil, fajita spice, chipotle paste, and lime juice in a bowl.
Add the chicken strips to the bowl and leave to marinate for at least ten minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the onions and peppers by chopping them into equal-sized pieces.
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/390F.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Add the vegetables and stir through. Close the air fryer and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and serve in a tortilla wrap with salsa and guacamole.

*Fajita Spice MixIf you don't have a fajita spice mix you can make up your own. Try mixing the following together;2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp ground oregano 1 tsp chilli powder**Chipotle PasteThis is optional but it adds an extra kick to the fajitas flavour
