Ingredients
2tbspharissa paste
1tbspclear honey
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic powder
8chicken thighsskin-on, bone-in (approx. 1.5kg)
Salt and pepperto taste (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper if using.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 1–2 hours (or overnight) if you have time — or cook straight away.
Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and add the chicken thighs to the basket. Air fry for 10 minutes and then turn them over. Cook for another 10 minutes until the skin is crisp and the internal temperature is at least 75°C (165°F).
Great served with couscous, rice, wraps, or a crunchy salad.
