Ingredients
1x can potatoes
1tbspolive oil
Seasoning according to taste
Instructions
Open the tin of potatoes and drain away the water.
Pat the potatoes dry with some kitchen paper.
Drizzle oil over the potatoes and shake about so that they are all covered. Optionally season with salt and pepper, or your choice of seasoning.
Place the prepared potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry at 190°C/375°F for 20 to 25 minutes until they are crispy on the outside. Check on them a couple of times during the air frying time and give the basket a shake.
