If you love homemade raisin bread but don't have the time to make it from scratch, try it in a breadmaker - with a dash of cinnamon, it's really delicious.
Add the flour, butter, sugar, salt and water to the bread maker tin.
Put the tin in the bread maker.
Add the raisins to the raisin/nut dispenser and the yeast to the yeast dispenser.
Close the lid and choose menu 3, XL and your choice of crust.
When the bread maker has finished, remove the tin from the bread maker and carefully slide the bread from tin. Leave it to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
