Place all the ingredients into the bread maker pan in the order listed above. If you have a bread machine with a built in yeast dispenser add it to that.
Select the ‘Basic Dough’ setting on your bread maker.
At the end of the cycle remove the dough from the bread pan and divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces and shape into baps. If the dough is a little sticky only add minimal extra flour.
Place on a greased baking tray and leave them to prove somewhere warm (around 40°C) until they have doubled in size. Depending on the temperature it may take around 1 hour to 1 and half hours.
Dust the bread rolls with a light covering of flour.
The breadmaker recipe book says to bake them in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown but I cooked mine at 190°C for 25 minutes. If you place them at the bottom of the oven they will stay softer rather than have a more crusty top.
