Juicy, spicy, and packed with flavour — these chilli beef burgers are easy to make and perfect for grilling, air frying, or cooking in the Ninja Woodfire.
1red chillifinely chopped (deseed for milder heat)
1small red onionfinely chopped
1garlic clovecrushed or finely chopped
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspchilli powder
1eggoptional, helps bind

4burger buns
Toppings of your choicee.g. lettuce, tomato, cheese, chilli mayo or jam
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, red chilli, red onion, garlic, paprika, chilli powder, egg (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger shapes. Use a burger press if you have one, or shape by hand.
Place the burgers in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to help them hold their shape when cooking.
Cook according to your chosen method: Ninja Woodfire: Preheat to 280°C (Grill mode) and cook for 5–6 minutes per side. Air Fryer: 180°C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway. Grill/BBQ: 5–6 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Oven: 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. If your burgers are thick they will need a longer cooking time.
Toast your burger buns and add your favourite toppings. Serve immediately while hot.

Variations & Tips: Adjust spice to taste — add chilli flakes or hot sauce for more heat.Skip the egg if you prefer a looser-textured burger (especially if your mince has more fat).These burgers can be made ahead and chilled or frozen — perfect for batch cooking.
