Ingredients
750

minced beef
you can use less mince if you wish

onions

garlic
crushed

red pepper

mild chilli powder

smoked paprika

ground cumin

Worcestershire sauce

beef stock cube/pot

tin red kidney beans

tin chopped tomatoes

tomato puree
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker pot and stir to combine.
Set off on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 hours.
If the sauce is too thin after the cook time leave the lid off for a further 20 - 30 minutes, or stir in 1 to 2tbsp of beef gravy granules.
Serve with your choice of side - tortilla chips, rice, baked potato etc.
