Ingredients
1head of broccoli
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
1 - 2tbspolive oil
Parmesan cheeseoptional
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 190C (390F).
Prepare the broccoli by breaking up the florets into evenly sized pieces. If necessary use a sharp knife to slice up.
In a bowl mix the olive oil and seasoning and stir.
Add the sliced broccoli to the bowl and roll it about to roughly coat it.
Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of the air fryer you might need to cook it in batches.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, checking on it at 5 minutes to give it a shake. Depending on the size of the broccoli it might cook in more or less time so keep an eye on it. The broccoli is ready when it is tender and starting to brown and crisp up.
Optionally sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
