Ingredients
400gBrussel sproutshalved
200gbacon lardons*
1/2tspgarlic granules
2tbspparmesan cheeseoptional
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Slice the Brussel sprouts in half and place them in a bowl.
Sprinkle the garlic granules over them and optionally salt and pepper. Toss the sprouts about so that they all get covered.
Add the bacon lardons and mix in.
Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 180C/350F for 15 to 20 minutes. Check on them halfway through and give them a shake. They are ready when they are soft on the inside and browned on the outside.
Optionally sprinkle with cheese, either 1 minute before the end of the cooking time or while they are still hot so that the cheese can melt a little bit.
Notes
*if you don't have any bacon lardons you can use bacon rashers and just cut them up.
