Tasty chicken breasts smothered in garlic butter, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

Ingredients
2chicken breasts
40gbutter
2clovesgarlic
1/2tbspfresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried parsleyoptional
Instructions
Mix the softened butter with the garlic cloves and parsley until it is well combined.
Transfer the garlic butter to some cling film and arrange it in a block or log shape. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden up.
Remove the garlic butter from the fridge and divide in half.
Lay each chicken breast on a rectangular piece of foil and place a piece of garlic butter on each one.
Wrap each chicken in foil, not too tight, and fold the ends over to prevent any of the garlic butter from leaking out.
Air fry at 180°C for 18 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 75°C.

Looking For A Quicker Method?
Lay the chicken breasts on their own rectangle of foil. Add half the butter to each one, placing it on top of each breast. Crush a garlic clove on top of each chunk of butter. Optionally sprinkle with dry or fresh parsley. Air fry at 180°C for 18 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 75°C
