Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F.
Pat chicken thighs dry with some kitchen paper before adding a little oil and seasoning to coat them.
Put seasoned chicken thighs in the hot air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in batches, or, if you can, use a trivet or shelf.
Cook for 10 minutes before turning the thighs over. Cook for a further 10 minutes. They should be crispy and cooked through - if they are not, return them to the air fryer for a further 5 minutes or until they are cooked. The internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C).
