Ingredients
1kgchicken wings
1tbspolive oil
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tsppaprika
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 180C.
Prepare the chicken wings by firstly patting them dry with some kitchen roll. The dryer the chicken wings are, the crispier they will come out.
Add the wings to a large bowl and cover with the olive oil, tossing them so that they are all covered as much as possible.
Add all the seasonings, coating all the wings. Put the chicken wings in the air fryer. Depending on how many wings you are cooking, and the size of your air fryer, you might need to do them in batches. You can also use a rack in your air fryer to fit more in. The key thing is to make sure the wings are not touching each other so that they have room to crisp up.
Cook for 20 minutes, turning and shaking 2 or 3 times to ensure they cook evenly.
Increase the temperature to 200C and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
Serve with BBQ sauce, Hot Pepper Sauce, Buffalo Sauce
