Ingredients
400gchickpeas (tin)drained and rinsed
1tbspolive oil
2tspspice or herb seasoning*
Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Add the oil and your choice of spices or herbs (see notes).
Toss the chickpeas until they are coated in the oil and seasoning.
Transfer to the air fryer basket and set off at 200°C, and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking two or three times.
The chickpeas should be hard and crispy when they are ready. If they are still a little soft, air fry them for a few more minutes. Add extra seasoning if required.
