Ingredients
2cod filletsapproximately 150g each
1tablespoonolive oil
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley for garnishoptional

Instructions
Pat dry the cod with a paper towel.
Mix the oil with the paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl and brush both sides of each fillet with the olive oil.
Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overlapping.
Cook the cod in the air fryer at 200°C/390°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your cod fillets, so it's a good idea to start checking for doneness around the 10 minute mark.
Carefully remove the cod fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges. Squeeze the lemon over the fish just before eating.
