Ingredients
6eggs
2tbspmilk
50gcheesegrated
100gcooked bacon or hamchopped (optional)
Seasoningsalt and pepper
Silicone moulds that fit air fryer or similar
Instructions
Whisk the eggs, milk and seasoning together.
Pour the beaten egg into the silicone moulds.
Add the cooked bacon/ham if using.
Set the air fryer to 180°C/360°F and air fry for 12 to 15 minutes.
The eggs should be set at around the 12-minute mark; if they aren’t, leave them in for a little longer.
Remove from the air fryer and leave to stand for a few minutes.
Notes
Don’t use too many extras, or the egg won’t set. The egg bites will last in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days in the fridge. The egg bites can also be frozen.
