Instructions
1. Remove salmon from packaging and season according to taste. You can add frozen salmon directly to the air fryer basket or add some salt and pepper or other herbs and spices.
2. Air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes. Check on the salmon at the halfway mark and flip it over with a spatula or tongs.
3. Check for doneness at about 13 minutes to ensure it doesn't overcook and dry out. The salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. Remember that different air fryer models cook at different speeds and temperatures, so always keep a closer eye on it when cooking it for the first time.
4. Serve with your favourite side dish: roasted new potatoes, mashed potatoes, pasta or salad are good options.

Salmon Flavours
Lemon and Thyme: lay a slice of lemon on each salmon with a sprig of thyme under each slice.
Teriyaki: spread some teriyaki sauce (shop bought or homemade)
Dried Chilli Flakes: sprinkle a little over each salmon fillet
