Ingredients
4lamb chops
1tbspolive oil
2clovesgarliccrushed
1tbspfresh rosemaryfinely chopped
1tspfresh thymefinely chopped
1/2teaspooneach of black pepper and salt
1tspDijon mustardoptional
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Place the lamb chops in a bowl or large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for more intense flavour.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Arrange the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the lamb chops at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Adjust the cooking time if you prefer your lamb chops more well-done.
Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
