Ingredients
2chicken breasts
2tbsphoney
1tspDijon mustard*
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic powder
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
In a bowl mix the 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of oil and 1tsp of garlic powder.
Place each chicken breast on a piece of foil.
Brush some of the mixture over each side of the chicken breast.
Pour the remaining mixture evenly over each chicken breast and quickly fold the foil over the chicken to prevent the liquid from rolling off the foil. First wrap the foil lengthways and then fold the ends over, making sure they are tightly closed to prevent any gaps.
Transfer the chicken in the foil packets to the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
When the air fryer has finished cooking, carefully remove the foil packets from the basket to a bowl. The liquid inside will be very hot so take care when you unwrap the foil.
Serve with your favourite sides, using the sauce to pour over the chicken breast.
