Kale chips are the ideal snack to make in an air fryer. They are ready in less than 10 minutes and come out crispy and full of flavour.

Ingredients
50gkalewashed, dried and shredded
1/2tbspolive oil
1/2tspsea saltaccording to taste
Instructions
Spray or drizzle the oil over the kale. Use hands to ensure oil is as evenly distributed as possible, massaging it into the leaves.
Sprinkle with half the sea salt.
Transfer to the air fryer basket and place a metal grill or trivet over the top to prevent the kale leaves from flying about.
Set the air fryer off at 190°C and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Keep checking on them to make sure they are not burning. They should be perfectly crispy at around the 8-minute mark but take them out earlier if necessary.
Optionally sprinkle some more salt over the air-fried kale chips.
