A quick and flavour-packed way to cook lamb steaks using your air fryer! These juicy lamb leg steaks are seasoned with garlic and rosemary for a simple yet delicious meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekend dinners.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Rub the marinade all over both sides of the lamb steaks.
Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 12 hours in the fridge.
Place the lamb steaks in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overlapping.
Air fry at 200°C for: 6–8 minutes per side for medium-rare or 8–10 minutes per side for medium to well done. (For accuracy, use a meat thermometer – aim for 60–65°C in the centre for medium.)
Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
