800gnew potatoes
1 to 2tbspolive oil
1tbsppaprikaoptional
Seasoning according to taste
Instructions
Chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks, halving the medium ones and quartering the large ones.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix until all potatoes are well-coated. If you are seasoning with paprika (or other herbs/spices), add this now, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Cook in the air fryer at 200°C/390°F for 20 minutes, shaking after 10 minutes.
The potatoes are ready when the skin is browned and crispy. If in doubt, use a sharp knife or skewer and pierce one potato to check it is soft all the way through.
