Air Fryer Peri Peri Pork Burgers
These peri peri pork burgers are easy to make and perfect for cooking in an air fryer. Adjust the spice levels by adding in some extra dried chillies, or stick to your favourite level of peri peri spice!

pork mince

peri peri seasoning

red onion

Instructions
Finely chop the red onion and beat the egg.
Mix together the pork mince, piri piri seasoning, onion and egg in a bowl until well combined.
Divide the pork into 4 portions. You can either use a burger press or your hands to shape them.
Cover the burgers with cling film and put them in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Optionally brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Set the air fryer temperature to 180°C/360°F and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Transfer the pork burgers to baps and assemble with your favourite burger fillings.
