Ingredients
800gpork ribs
Salt and pepper for seasoning
100mlBBQ sauceeither your favourite bottle or a homemade version
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Season pork ribs according to taste.
Lay pork ribs in the air fryer basket and set the timer to 20 minutes. Check on them at 10 minutes and turn them over.
At the end of the 20 minutes, brush them with the BBQ sauce (or the sauce of your choice). Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for a further 5 minutes.
