Peelings from potatoes
1/2teaspoonoilvegetable, olive oil or any alternative
1/2teaspoongarlic granules
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Save the peelings from any potatoes you are using from a different recipe.
Dry them off with some kitchen roll or a clean tea towel.
Drizzle with oil and garlic granules (or any different seasoning of your choice)
