Ingredients
4large potatoes*
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic granules
1tspdried mixed herbs
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Wash and cut the potatoes into 1/2 cm slices.
Put the sliced potatoes in a pot of water.
Once all the potatoes have been sliced, drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with kitchen paper or a clean kitchen towel.
Add the oil, garlic, herbs and salt to the dry sliced potatoes, tossing them about until they are all coated.
Transfer the sliced potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C/390°F for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through. The potato slices should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If they are not, return to the air fryer for a further two minutes.
Serve as a side dish or as a snack.
Notes
*PotatoesUse one large potato per serving or two to three small/medium potatoes. Maris Pipers are a good option for making air fryer potato slices.
