Ingredients
Pumpkin seedsfrom one pumpkin
1tspolive oil
1tspseasoning*
Instructions
Remove string and flesh from pumpkin seeds and wash using a colander.
Dry off the pumpkin seeds by patting them dry with some kitchen towel or a clean tea towel.
Pour oil over the seeds, followed by your choice of seasoning.
Transfer to the air fryer basket (you may need to line your air fryer basket if the seeds are likely to fall through any holes).
Set the air fryer off on 180°C and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking them at various intervals.
They are ready when they are golden brown in colour and crunchy.
Notes
Seasoning: use salt, to taste Optional: Your choice of seasonings (e.g., smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, or cinnamon and sugar for a sweet version) Storage: Air fried pumpkin seeds last for up to 7 days in an air tight container.
