Ingredients
4medium parnsips
1tbspoil
1tbsphoneyoptional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Top and tail the parsnips. Optionally peel the parsnips. Chop the parsnips to equal sizes.
Drizzle oil over the parsnips and toss until they are covered. If you are adding honey, brush some over the parsnips now.
Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Transfer the parsnips to the air fryer basket.
Set the temperature to 200°C/400°F and air fry for 15 minutes.
Shake the air fryer basket at the halfway mark and check how quickly they are cooking. Different sized parsnips will cook at different rates.
When ready, the parsnips will be soft in the middle and golden brown on the outside. If necessary, air fry them for a longer time.
