2salmon fillets
1/2tbspolive oil
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Switch air fryer on and set the temperature to 200C (400F).
Rub a little oil on each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper or your favourite seasoning or marinade.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with a little oil and place the salmon fillets in the basket.
Cook for 8 minutes. Check at this time to see if they are cooked - they should flake quite easily when they are ready. Cook for a further 1 to 2 minutes if necessary.
