Ingredients
12chipolata pork sausagessee notes
500gbaby potatoeshalved
1red onionsliced
1peppersliced
1tbspolive oil
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspgarlic granules
Salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Add the potatoes to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and black pepper until well coated.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through if needed.
Add the sausages, sliced onion and peppers to the basket. Gently toss everything together so the vegetables are coated in the oil and seasoning.
Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for a further 10–15 minutes, shaking once halfway through, until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are golden and tender.
Notes
Chipolatas usually take 10–12 minutes after adding to the basket.
Standard pork sausages take 12–15 minutes, and thicker sausages may need 15–18 minutes. If you are using larger pork sausages you may want to decrease the amount used compared to the chipolatas.
Always ensure sausages are fully cooked through with no pink in the centre.
This recipe works best in a large air fryer basket (5–6L or bigger). If your air fryer is smaller, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Veggie sausages can be used — check the packet instructions and reduce the cooking time if needed.
