Air Fryer Steak Bites in Garlic Butter
These juicy, tender steak bites are perfect for the air fryer. After they are finished cooking, pour warm garlic butter over the top.

Ingredients
400
g
sirloin steak
approx 2 steaks

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
each salt and pepper
1
clove
garlic
crushed
For the garlic butter:
2
tbsp
butter
4
cloves
garlic
crushed
Fresh chopped parsley
optional
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
Cut the steak into bite sized pieces. Add to a bowl and add olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic. Mix to cover all steak.
Transfer to air fryer basket and cook on 200°C for around 5 to 8 minutes - or longer if you prefer your steak well done.
While the steak is air frying, melt the butter and add the cloves of garlic and chopped fresh parsley if using.
When the steak is ready, transfer to a bowl or individual serving plates. Pour the garlic butter over the steak.
Serving suggestions: sweet potato wedges, chips, green salad.
