It’s a good idea to preheat the air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes at 200°C to help seal the steak as it hits the air fryer basket.
Add all the steak bites to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 to 8 minutes – cooking it for longer if you prefer it well done. For me, 5 minutes was the perfect time for a medium steak.
While the steak bites are in the air fryer prepare the garlic butter. Melt about 30g of butter in the microwave or in a saucepan. Crush the 4 cloves of garlic into the melted butter.
When the steak is ready, remove it from the air fryer basket and transfer to a bowl. Pour the melted garlic butter over the steak bites and optionally garnish with some fresh chopped parsley.
Enjoy with your favourite steak side dishes – I love it with some chips or wedges and a side of salad.
