Slow Cooker Peri Peri Chicken Recipe

This simple Peri Peri slow cooker chicken dish combines the vibrant flavours of peri peri sauce with tender, juicy chicken, all cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.

It’s perfect for a hassle-free dinner. Serve with rice, vegetables, or your favourite sides for a delicious and satisfying meal.

What You Need

  • 750g – 1kg boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 small bottle (260g) of peri peri quick marinade
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes/passata
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion (red or brown), sliced
  • 2 peppers, sliced

Making It

It really is as simple as adding all the ingredients to the slow cooker bowl.

Place the lid on top and set off on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg boneless chicken thighs
  • 260 g peri peri quick marinade
