Ingredients

peri peri quick marinade

tin chopped tomatoes/passata

red or brown, sliced

Instructions
Add everything to slow cooker and stir.
Place lid on top and set off on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with your favourites sides, corn on the cob, rice or potato wedges work well.
