Ingredients
For the Fajitas
500
g
steak
thinly sliced, or any pre sliced stir fry beef the supermarket is selling
2
bell peppers
go for a mix of colours
1
large onion
sliced
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
smoked paprika
1
tsp
cumin
1
tsp
chilli powder
optional for extra heat
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss steak, peppers, and onions in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chilli powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
Add steak and veggies to the basket. Cook for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Adjust time based on desired steak doneness.
Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
Fill tortillas with the steak and veggie mix. Add your favorite toppings and a squeeze of lime.
Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.

Note:
you can use a pre mixed fajita spice mix in place of the the seperate spices.
