This quick and easy air fryer teriyaki chicken uses just a few simple ingredients. The chicken is marinated in teriyaki sauce and air fried until juicy and lightly caramelised. Perfect served with rice, noodles or vegetables for an easy meal.

Ingredients
2chicken breastsor chicken thighs, drumsticks or wings
¼tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
¼tspgarlic powder
100mlteriyaki sauce
Instructions
Season the chicken on both sides with the salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Place the chicken in a bowl and pour about three quarters of the teriyaki sauce over the top. Turn the chicken so it is well coated.
Leave to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18 to 20 minutes at 180°C, turning halfway through. When turning the chicken, brush the remaining teriyaki sauce over the other side.
Check the chicken is cooked through before serving. The internal temperature should reach 75°C.

Chicken breasts: 18–20 minutes
Boneless chicken thighs: 16–18 minutes
Bone-in thighs: 20–22 minutes
Drumsticks: 20–25 minutes
Chicken wings: 16–18 minutes
