Ingredients
2fresh salmon filletsor use how many you need
1jar Thai red curry paste*
Instructions
Spread one to two tablespoons of Thai red curry paste over each salmon and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes before adding to the air fryer.
Preheat air fryer at 200°C (390°F) - depending on whether you have an air fryer basket that has a tendency to stick you may want to brush a little oil across it (I don't do this).
Add marinated salmon to the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until they are opaque and flake easily with a fork. Thicker fillets may require slightly longer cooking times.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a minute or two before serving.
Notes
*There are many different brands of Thai red curry paste. I like Blue Dragon, but you can use any or a supermarket's own brand.
