Ingredients

Granny Smith apples

- 600g parsnips

tsp
ground cinnamon

onion

vegetable stock pot or cube + water
Instructions
Chop the apples, parsnips and onion.
Add all the ingredients to the soup maker. Add hot water directly to the soup maker jug up to the MAX line.
Set the soup maker off on smooth.
At the end of the soup maker cycle, serve the soup and season it according to taste.
