Ingredients
1can chickpeasdrained and rinsed
1tbspgarliccrushed
2tbspfresh corianderfinely chopped
2tbspfresh parsleychopped
1medium onionfinely sliced
2tbspplain flour
Sea saltblack pepper, cumin, paprika to taste
3tbspolive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
Add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a food processor and pulse for 4 minutes, or until the mixture is finely ground. The final mixture should resemble coarse sand. If you don't have a food processor you can use a potato masher.
Using your hands, form a mixture into golf sized balls and flatten down until compact.
Place the falafel on a baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over and then bake for 20 minutes, or until it brown.
