Ingredients

1/2tspbaking powder
1egg
2tsphoney or maple syrup
1small ripe bananachopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Transfer to a greased ramekin (or similar) and place in the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until it has risen. Pierce the baked oats with a skewer, if it comes out clean it is ready.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes before turning the ramekin upside down to remove the baked oats.
