Optional: sauté onion, garlic & pepper in olive oil.
Add all ingredients to soup maker and stir thoroughly. Top up with stock if needed (I used 1 beef stock pot in 700ml water).
Set off on chunky.
Season if required.
Notes
Make sure you give everything a good stir before setting the soup maker off, just to ensure there is no pasta stuck to the bottom.Tastes lovely with cheese sprinkled on!
Making It In A Ninja Soup Maker
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small red pepper, chopped
500ml passata
500ml beef stock
1tsp dried oregano (or dried mixed herbs)
150g dried pasta
200g raw minced beef (it needs to be cooked if you are using a Morphy Richards or a soup maker that doesn't recommend raw meat)
Add all the ingredients to the Ninja jug and give it a good stir (make sure the mince is separated and not all clumped together)
