Bread Maker Pizza Dough
This easy pizza dough is made in a Panasonic bread maker using Menu 25. With just a few simple ingredients, the machine mixes and proves the dough in 45 minutes — ready to shape, top, and bake into delicious homemade pizzas. Perfect for pizza ovens or a hot kitchen oven.

- 1 tsp dry yeast for yeast dispenser
- 450 g strong white bread flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 240 ml water
Instructions
- Add yeast to the yeast dispenser (if using a Panasonic model with one).
- Add flour, oil, salt, and water to the main bread pan.
- Select Menu 25 (Pizza Dough setting – approx. 45 minutes).
- Let the bread maker knead and prove the dough.
- After the cycle finishes, remove the dough, divide it into 2 equal pieces, and shape into smooth balls.
- Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Stretch or roll into pizza bases. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favourite toppings.
- Cook in a hot oven (220–250°C) or a pizza oven (like the Ninja Pizza Oven) until golden and bubbling.
