Ingredients

broccoli florets and stalk
approx one small head

tbsp
fresh root ginger
grated (or 1 tsp of ground ginger)

x 400ml coconut milk
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
1
vegetable stock pot + hot water
1/2
tsp
black pepper

almonds

Instructions
Chop the broccoli head up into small chunks, including the stalk.
Add all the ingredients to the soup maker, including the vegetable stock pot, and top up to the line with hot water.
Set the soup maker off on smooth.
At the end of the soup maker cycle season some more if required.
Serve with crumbled cheese or your favourite soup topping.
