Add the cabbage, leeks, potato, garlic, and dried thyme to the soup maker.
Pour in the vegetable stock and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Select the smooth or chunky programme.

The vegetable amounts are approximate, you can use more or less leek and cabbage depending on what you have available.I used a savoy cabbage, you can use any variety.The weight of the potato is approximate and is an optional addition.
