Ingredients
2cod fillets
2tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
2clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonCajun seasoning
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1lemoncut into wedges (for serving)
fresh parsleychopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the crushed garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the cod fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook the cod at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time, until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the cod from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
