Ingredients

vegetable stock pot/cube
& water
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your soup maker jug.
Add the stock cube or pot directly to the soup maker and add water (I use hot) up to the maximum line.
Set the soup maker off on smooth.
Season soup according to taste.
Notes
This produces a very thick soup. If you prefer a thinner consistency reduce the amount of lentils and increase the stock level.
