A smooth, comforting soup inspired by the gentle spices of a classic korma curry. This cauliflower-based soup is easy to make in a soup maker, with creamy, mildly spiced flavours and a touch of sweetness.

Salt and pepper

Instructions
Add the onion, garlic, cauliflower, korma paste, and vegetable stock to your soup maker.
Select the smooth setting.
Once complete, add the fresh coriander and the cream (if using).
Manually blend for 10 seconds.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, with naan or crusty bread on the side if desired.
Notes
Frozen onion, garlic, and cauliflower can be used straight from the freezer.
For a dairy-free version, simply leave out the cream or use a plant-based alternative.
