Chicken Tikka Kebabs
Chicken tikka kebabs can be enjoyed on a BBQ or when cooked under a grill. They taste great on their own or with a green salad in a tortilla wrap.

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts/boneless chicken thighs
100
ml
natural yoghurt
2-3
tbsp
chicken tikka masala spice/paste
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the yoghurt and tikka spice or paste mix.
Cut the chicken into chunks and stir into the mixture.
Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
When you are ready to cook them, thread the chicken pieces on to each kebab stick and then place them on a hot BBQ, or, under a preheated grill.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning to make sure all sides are cooked.
Serve either on the kebab sticks with a green salad, or, remove the chicken from the kebab sticks and put in a tortilla wrap.
Notes
You will also need 8 metal or wooden kebab sticks.
